What happens if a game is out of stock?
We do our best to keep our games in stock but there are times that some games are out of stock.
If that happens don't worry - you can still order the game. In that case the game will be made to order so allow 7-10 days from order date to shipping date.
How long does a game take to ship?
If a game is in stock - It will take 1-2 days to prepare for shipment.
Can I return or exchange a game?
Yes. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
